You all have been texting me for the past few days to confirm my appointment, which I replied to and confirmed. I drove 25 minutes just to get there. Why was I not informed prior to my appointment time?? I know you all charge $50 when a client “no shows.” But what kind of compensation do you provide when a therapist no shows???”
